Anthony V.R. Martin is a family law lawyer servicing Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. Anthony’s practice is focused exclusively in the area of family law. Anthony has successfully negotiated and litigated matters pertaining to the issues of decision making on behalf of children, parenting time, child support, spousal support and equalization of family property. Anthony also has considerable courtroom experience in both the Ontario Court of Justice and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.

Well traveled on five continents, Anthony has completed treks in the Himalayas in Nepal, the Andes in Colombia and Ecuador, and climbed Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania. Anthony is a dedicated collector of vinyl records, an avid runner and much to the annoyance of his understanding neighbours, spends his spare time working to improve his chops on the drums, guitar and bass.

Anthony lives in Toronto, Ontario, with his young son.
